We handle your personal data professionally and with care:

- We collect only the data necessary to process your order.
- Your data are encrypted during transmission to our server, ensuring that no one can decrypt them in transit.
- All our employees who come into contact with your personal data have been properly trained in correct and sensitive handling procedures.
Personal data we process: Name and surname, phone number, and email address.
Purpose of processing personal data: Processing quote requests, responding to information inquiries and other requests via email or phone communication, and providing services under the concluded contract or General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Legal basis for processing personal data: Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract.
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, particularly when the data subject is a child.
Data Disclosure: Our company does not disclose any collected personal data under any circumstances.
Cross-Border Data Transfer: Does not take place.
Existence of Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling: Does not take place.
Rights of the Data Subject
Right of Access to Personal Data – You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether your personal data are being processed, and if so, to obtain a copy of such data along with additional information pursuant to Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If we process a large amount of data about you, we may ask you to specify your request regarding the particular data you wish to access.
Right to Rectification of Personal Data – To ensure we always process only up-to-date and accurate data, we ask that you notify us of any changes as soon as they occur. If we process incorrect or outdated data, you have the right to request their correction.
Right to Erasure of Personal Data (“Right to Be Forgotten”) – If the conditions under Article 17 of the GDPR are met, you may request the deletion of your personal data. You can, for instance, request erasure if you have withdrawn your consent to processing and there is no other legal basis for processing, if your data are being processed unlawfully, or if the purpose for which they were collected has expired and no other compatible purpose for processing exists. However, we will not delete your data if they are necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to Restrict Processing of Personal Data – If the conditions under Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are met, you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. You may, for example, request restriction while you contest the accuracy of the processed data, or in cases where processing is unlawful, and you do not wish your data to be deleted but instead want the processing to be limited while you exercise your rights. We will continue processing your data only if it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to Data Portability – Right to Data Portability –
Right to Object to the Processing of Personal Data – If we process your personal data for reasons of performing a task carried out in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority, or based on our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), you have the right to object to such processing. Upon receiving your objection, we will restrict processing, and unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or grounds for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, we will cease processing and delete your personal data. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing. Once you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
Right to Lodge a Complaint – If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable national law, you have the right to file a complaint with one of the competent supervisory authorities – particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged violation. Right to Withdraw Consent to the Processing of Personal Data – If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. If, at any time in the future, you decide that you wish to be contacted again, you may re-grant your withdrawn consent (or revoke your previous objection) using any of the contact methods mentioned above.
