Some advice on choosing a suitable and responsible company
- Find out how many pages of the Safety Documentation they offer. If the number does not exceed even 40 pages in A4 format, it is a template solution and as such, it will not pass a possible audit check.
- Be careful that the company does not provide you with a "TEMPLATE" of the Security Documentation for personal data protection. As this is a “TEMPLATE” only, the contractor has avoided any liability for any damage it may cause to you in the future.
- Beware of the suspiciously low price for preparing the Safety Documentation. For 49 €, it is not possible to provide expert advice and quality services in the area of personal data protection.
- Always require a “CONTRACT” for the Safety Documentation that clearly defines delivery time, liability and price.
- Ask if the company "CONTRACTUALLY" assumes liability for damage up to € 1,000,000.
- Find out how the company will deal with possible inspection by the Office for Personal Data Protection and how it is with regular notifications of changes in legislation.
- Find out if the company has a Record of Inspection in which the Supervisory Authority - the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic states that there has been no breach in the area of personal data protection.
